Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the addition of new games from existing and new providers, following regulatory protocols.
  • Coordinate the incorporation of games on the TG Labs CMS, taking care of thumbnail additions and website maintenance.
  • Implement site positioning changes with guidance from the Casino Team.
  • Handle invoice settlements and monitor market performance against GGR requirements.
  • Collaborate with the global Casino Team to allocate promotion budgets to different markets based on provider-specific promotions.
  • Analyze and guide the SB trading team to enhance market performance in alignment with local requirements.
  • Localize events and markets to optimize the sports promotional strategy.
  • Provide support for customer service escalations
  • Engage in commercial negotiations with local partners or vendors to enrich our current offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the gaming or digital industry.
  • Familiarity with tech platforms and product development.
  • Self-motivated and diligent in meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled in using Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, and Intercom.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sports and gambling is beneficial.
