Your Responsibilities: You will be a key figure in expanding our brand's reach and promoting growth at Easygo by serving as the liaison between our company and our affiliate network alongside supportive partners. Tasks include sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners, aiding in their marketing efforts, tracking affiliate performance to meet objectives, and being a reliable resource to address their queries. Additionally, you will conduct campaign analysis, collaborate with marketing teams to equip affiliates with top-tier materials and insights on our offerings.

Key Tasks

  • Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, providing ongoing support to optimize their marketing endeavors.
  • Evaluate affiliate performance to ensure preset goals are met and maintained.
  • Facilitate daily communication with partners and handle engagement efforts effectively.
  • Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns for enhancements, collaborating with marketing teams to equip affiliates with tailored resources and insights.
  • Educate affiliates about our products/services to enhance their marketing strategies effectively.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to synchronize marketing approaches and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in online gaming, crypto, and affiliate marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Japanese, spoken and written.
  • Preference for prior marketing experience, especially in affiliate marketing within online industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytical tools to track affiliate performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing mutually beneficial deals.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Solid grasp of marketing principles, especially in digital and affiliate marketing.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to troubleshoot issues and optimize affiliate performance.
