Your Responsibilities:
As KICK's viewership continues to grow, we need a proactive Team Leader to drive the company's expansion efforts. Lead a team of Account Managers, supporting them in identifying and onboarding new talent, cultivating strong partner relationships, and helping them achieve their streaming objectives. Work closely with all teams to develop and implement strategies that promote innovation and strengthen KICK's position as a top player in streaming platforms. Your leadership will be instrumental in propelling KICK's growth and success, shaping the future of streaming content.

Your Duties:

  • Lead full account lifecycle management, from partner identification to contract negotiations and performance tracking.
  • Direct a team of account managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless teamwork and coordination.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and internal policies, effectively managing risks associated with streamers.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements in account management procedures.
  • Collaborate on revenue forecasts and manage account budgets with finance.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, implementing growth strategies and resolving issues.
  • Conduct training sessions on negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance business performance and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support team member development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the streaming or digital media industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of the streaming industry.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of sports.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, Slack, Airtable & Intercom.
