Job summary: Seeking a knowledgeable Trading Analytics Developer to join Quant Trading team and drive our data and AI infrastructure forward. This position involves merging traditional quantitative development with advanced AI platform engineering, with a focus on constructing sturdy, scalable systems to cater to data analytics and artificial intelligence tasks across a range of high-performance trading systems.

Role Responsibilities

Data Platform & Analytics

Conceive, construct, and run high-speed batch and streaming data pipelines utilizing Kafka, Flink, and ETL technologies
Devise and create a centralized analytics engine targeted at handling extensive data through Apache Spark and related tools
Develop and enhance analytical data models for financial metrics, time-series, and trading activities
Build and supervise analytical databases (ClickHouse, MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar) with a cost-efficient design
Develop resilient data pipelines with robust backfill and reconciliation functionalities
Establish thorough monitoring systems for data quality, freshness, and pipeline dependability

AI Platform Development

Devise, construct, and maintain internal AI platforms that serve multiple trading teams
Construct reusable AI tools such as standardized RAG pipelines, prompt management, and self-serve workflows
Create and manage agent systems utilizing modern frameworks (LangGraph, A2A, MCP) with a focus on controllability and visibility

Role Requirements

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of practical experience with Python and Java in high-performance environments
Proficient in software engineering principles: system design, data structures, algorithms, data accuracy, and performance optimization
Mastery of Linux, Github, and contemporary CI/CD practices
Demonstrated expertise with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration
Comfort working with large, complex datasets in finance/trading environments

Data Platform Knowledge

Advanced proficiency in SQL involving window functions and query optimization, real-time data synchronization, and database design with infrastructural support
Experience with data workflow and messaging orchestration tools such as Airflow, Jenkins, AMPS, etc.
Implementing metrics for trading analytics (PnL, balance, risk, trade reconciliation), backfill, and performance tuning
Proficiency in visualizing time-series data using tools like Grafana, TradingView, web-based dashboards, and BI tools
Operational experience with Kafka, Flink, and event processing in production setups

AI Platform Expertise

Evaluation methodologies for retrieval systems and quality frameworks
RAG pipeline architecture and optimization strategies
Management of LLMOps practices including model lifecycle and prompt management
Working knowledge of AI agent frameworks like A2A and MCP in production scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

Financial/Trading Domain

Background in trading systems, quantitative finance, or financial technology
Understanding of market data and data subscription via Rest API/Web Socket
Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, defi, and associated technologies
