Role Responsibilities:

Role Requirements:

- Exposure to digital forensics or investigations is highly advantageous.

5–10 years of experience in systems analysis and operations support, preferably in logistics or supply chain
Hands-on experience with ERP/TMS platforms like CargoWise or SAP
Proficiency in programming languages such as XML, SQL, and Java
Experience with EDI mapping, translation, and standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) or PO management solutions
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Available to work night shifts in Taiwan to support US business hours
Preferred Skills:
Background in logistics, accounting, finance, or brokerage
Automation experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) or applied AI
Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow
Exposure to IT project management (PMP, Agile)
