Responsibilities

Develop pricing, risk management, and trading strategies, including ideation, design, back-testing, and implementation
Engage directly with the development team to ensure seamless integration of strategies into the trading platform
Contribute to all phases of product development, encompassing ideation, modeling, risk management, and parameter optimization

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a quantitative researcher/analyst role
Hold a Master's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
Demonstrate a track record of academic excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Proficient in at least one programming tool for analysis; proficiency in Python is highly preferred
Prior experience in hedge funds, mutual funds, trading firms, or investment banks is advantageous
Familiarity with trading data processing and price prediction is advantageous
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, understanding of DEX trading, and fluency in English are beneficial
