Responsibilities
- Develop pricing, risk management, and trading strategies, including ideation, design, back-testing, and implementation
- Engage directly with the development team to ensure seamless integration of strategies into the trading platform
- Contribute to all phases of product development, encompassing ideation, modeling, risk management, and parameter optimization
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a quantitative researcher/analyst role
- Hold a Master's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Demonstrate a track record of academic excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in at least one programming tool for analysis; proficiency in Python is highly preferred
- Prior experience in hedge funds, mutual funds, trading firms, or investment banks is advantageous
- Familiarity with trading data processing and price prediction is advantageous
- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, understanding of DEX trading, and fluency in English are beneficial
