About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in graphic and motion design to create visually captivating content that enhances our brand, products, and educational material. The role involves producing impactful graphics for our website, articles, and organic content, as well as developing motion graphics to aid in explaining product features and concepts.

This is a contract-based role that offers full remote work opportunities, collaborating with global teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Design top-quality static graphics and illustrations to complement our website content.
Create engaging motion graphics such as animations, short videos, and explainer segments to simplify complex crypto and financial topics.
Work closely with content writers, content leads, and product marketers to visualize ideas effectively.
Ensure visual assets adhere to brand guidelines, comply with industry regulations, and are optimized for SEO, AIO, and accessibility.
Maintain an organized asset library and version control system for all visual output.
Stay current with design trends, particularly in fintech, crypto, and educational content formats.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic and motion design, preferably within fintech, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools).
Experience in producing content for the web.
Portfolio showcasing both static design and motion work.
Strong eye for clean design, typography, layout, and animation timing.
Ability to translate complex ideas into impactful visual representations.
Comfortable collaborating with remote, distributed teams across various time zones.
Interest in crypto and financial products.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Figma.
Knowledge of web UX and content design.
Experience collaborating with content or SEO teams.
