This role is pivotal in supporting the Information Security Program and IT infrastructure at Anchorage Digital. Key IT projects for this role involve:

Overseeing and automating processes related to onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, including tasks like inventory management, device deployment, troubleshooting, account provisioning, and cleanup.

Developing self-service IT & security reporting capabilities to facilitate compliance and provide metrics for senior leadership.

Implementing and enhancing access control policies in alignment with the principles of least privilege.

As a Member of IT & Security, your responsibilities will inclue:

Serving as the main contact for IT inquiries and requests.

Managing significant IT projects from inception through resource allocation, execution, and continual maintenance.

Contributing to the establishment and enforcement of overarching IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Collaborating with Security & People Teams to provide relevant training.

Working with Finance and Engineering teams to optimize software and equipment costs.

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:

Compensation at Anchorage Digital is determined by market standards and data analysis. All full-time employees receive a competitive salary, meaningful equity, and a range of generous perks and benefits.

Compensation Range for this role is €63,800+. This salary range may vary based on regional locations and job grades and will be refined during the interview process based on the required skills, abilities, and experience.
