About the Opportunity

As the Principal Product Manager for local markets at OKX, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap for key local regions where OKX operates. Your role will involve developing and launching new products and services that comply with local market regulations, driving user growth in these regions, and integrating global features while evaluating unique value propositions locally. You will focus on optimizing user onboarding flows and customer activation, using data and insights to unlock user growth. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop a clear product strategy aligned with the overall business goals of each local region.
• Collaborate with global product and engineering teams, as well as other cross-functional partners, in designing, developing, testing, and launching crypto products.
• Plan and execute product launches tailored to each region, including go-to-market strategies.
• Establish operational maturity for product development and execution and present products to business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Define and monitor KPIs for products and lead feature teams in optimizing workflows, UX, and design to meet KPI targets.
• Engage in product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure that the product line meets customer needs and market demand.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in crypto regulations, policies, and compliance requirements globally and locally.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for regional features.
• Ensure that OKX delivers best-in-class products across regional markets with proper localization.

What We Look For In You:

• Relevant experience in product management, product operations, TPM, or software engineering, preferably in the crypto, DeFi, or fintech industry.
• Strong experience in optimizing user journeys, excellent project management skills, and attention to detail to ensure compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans for product development, engineering, design, and marketing.
• Ability to assess and understand engineering, design, and schedule trade-offs.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take action and get things done.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Successful experience working with global remote teams.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
