As a member of the Product Compliance team at Binance Global, you will be involved in regulatory support and recommendations for new product initiatives. From concept to launch, your role in the new product lifecycle will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance control coverage throughout all stages of product development, including launches, new features, maintenance, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliance plans and embed best practices in products and services
- Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and align on risk assessment and remediation plans
- Work closely with Compliance Subject Matter Experts and MLROs to establish controls, conduct testing, and ensure regulatory requirements are met for on-time product launches
- Participate in meetings to support regulatory and external partner commitments, as well as Master Service Agreement negotiations and implementation
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments, while providing training to the business as needed
- Analyze regulatory developments and their impact on product offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial regulatory industry, ideally in a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or bank holding company
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a compliance, control, or risk management role
- Demonstrated experience supporting new product launches within the financial services industry
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory developments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects based on regulatory risk and business needs
- Interest in Web3 and understanding of current regulatory narratives
