About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Head of Sales with expertise in derivatives to spearhead our commercial strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Create revenue strategies and drive revenue optimization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to steer the company's strategic direction.
Lead sales, marketing, and customer success teams to exceed revenue targets.
Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with control functions for governance and control infrastructure.
Foster alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance, and related business areas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the derivatives sector.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies in derivatives.
In-depth knowledge of futures, options products, market dynamics, market data, and regulatory environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and expanding markets.
Experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong client and partner relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and across time zones.
Previous experience in the crypto exchange sector.
Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto space.
