About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Head of Sales with expertise in derivatives to spearhead our commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Create revenue strategies and drive revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to steer the company's strategic direction.
- Lead sales, marketing, and customer success teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with control functions for governance and control infrastructure.
- Foster alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance, and related business areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the derivatives sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies in derivatives.
- In-depth knowledge of futures, options products, market dynamics, market data, and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and expanding markets.
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong client and partner relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and across time zones.
- Previous experience in the crypto exchange sector.
