Your mission

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic sales specialist to lead our commercial activities in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial services, growth industries, and sales leadership to drive our market presence and growth locally.

What you'll do

Identify opportunities for growth, market trends, and competitive strategies to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Formulate and implement strategic plans to broaden the company's customer base and meet sales targets.
Establish partnerships and strategic alliances with key stakeholders such as financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with local and international partners to create synergies, joint initiatives, and distribution channels, negotiating partnerships to enhance the platform's offerings and market reach.

Who you are

Proven experience in sales roles within financial services, software as a service sector, or similar B2B sales environments.
Track record of successfully driving commercial growth, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
In-depth understanding of local market dynamics and industry trends.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
