** Overview**

An international co-working space company is looking to grow in the Middle East region and is seeking a Digital Marketing Professional for the UAE and KSA markets. The role involves overseeing various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and local content strategies. The primary focus will be on developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns in the UAE and KSA to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and optimize ROI. Close collaboration with Business Development teams will be required to align with regional sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the UAE and KSA markets to meet business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay abreast of trends
Manage and enhance advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and regional platforms by leveraging performance analytics
Create content in English and Arabic for digital platforms
Track campaign performance through tools like GA4, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies
Stay updated on digital marketing trends specifically applicable to the UAE and KSA markets
Collaborate with Business Development teams on local marketing initiatives

Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within the UAE and KSA sectors
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Middle Eastern social media platforms, and email marketing
Strong analytical skills to derive insights for the UAE and KSA markets
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software
Effective communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders in the UAE and KSA
Self-motivated individual able to work effectively with remote teams
Background in operating within diverse cultural environments
Prior experience in real estate or office workspace operations in the UAE or KSA will be advantageous
