We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager for Peru to spearhead and implement the local Peru Marketing Plan, which also includes Bolivia. This pivotal role involves leading global and local campaigns tailored to the local user base, orchestrating activations and event engagements in the country, and actively interacting with the community. The primary objective is to enhance key metrics through a holistic approach spanning from user acquisition to engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the local Marketing Plan encompassing adaptation, localization, assessment, implementation, and reporting.
Coordinate all facets of marketing campaigns in Peru, covering growth strategies, engagement initiatives, and brand enhancement.
Drive brand, communications, and product campaigns, ensuring a consumer-centric approach while considering social media integrations and collaborating across paid, SEO, and engagement channels.
Serve as the liaison between user acquisition initiatives and brand marketing, promoting a user-centric narrative across all segments to drive user growth and adoption.
Propose innovative campaign concepts to boost conversion rates and product adoption.
Maintaining a well-organized campaign calendar, effective planning, and thorough campaign reporting for both local and global campaigns.
Craft campaign-related communications, perform copywriting and proofreading tasks.
Measure, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance on various channels, translating insights into actionable, data-driven suggestions to enhance future outcomes.
Introduce and execute test-and-learn strategies while delivering tangible results.
Support paid acquisition campaigns, referral schemes, and co-marketing collaborations.
Spearhead local events, community engagements, and educational endeavors on-site while managing organizational, execution, and communication tasks on social platforms.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
Experience in handling integrated marketing campaigns efficiently.
Strong project management skills.
A sound understanding of the cryptocurrency market as a whole.
Prior experience or keen interest in copywriting.
Good grasp of branding, performance marketing, and analytics.
Experience in social media management, community outreach, and influencer marketing is advantageous.
Assertive, hands-on approach to tasks.
Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, infused with a creative flair when necessary.
Extensive experience working in international teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong accountability and resilience to stress, with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
