Responsibilities Include:
Developing global budgeting and forecasting processes for the entire group.
Evaluating the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of the group.
Establishing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and SaaS metrics for FP&A to enhance analysis and decision-making.
Functioning as a Finance Business Partner to members of the global finance leadership team, offering operational and reporting-based decision support.
Generating reports and presentations for the senior management team & board, delving into assumptions, key outputs, underlying drivers behind trends, and a range of potential future scenarios.
Executing financial modelling and business planning.
Streamlining and automating FP&A workflows and KPI reporting metrics.
Supporting Investor relations and delivering financial assessment and assistance in any fundraising activities/due diligence.
Offering commercial support for procurement and sales activities.
Conducting ad-hoc projects and analyses.
Qualifications:
A Certified Accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA) with experience in an FP&A or commercial capacity.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret and communicate financial performance effectively to senior management and external partners.
Demonstrated capability in developing FP&A-related processes, procedures, and controls.
Proficiency in negotiation, influence, and establishment of strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Comfort with uncertainty and a firm stance as a change advocate.
Possessing an ambitious, entrepreneurial attitude, and working independently and adaptably.
Target-driven with a proven track record of prioritization and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong determination to positively impact the organization.
Previous experience in a scaling business and familiarity with SaaS models is advantageous.
Prior international work experience is preferred.
