What You Need & Role Responsibilities

This role as a Senior Support Analyst involves understanding the business processes and systems at customer sites to provide exceptional support that aligns with our vision of establishing a world-class global support team. Future Potential for this Role

Joining a growing team, as a Level 2 support specialist for LCAP applications and infrastructure, you will monitor different application and infrastructure components to ensure they are operating smoothly. By contributing to generating and analyzing SOD/EOD dashboard reports, you will set high standards using tools like Prometheus, Data Dog, or Splunk.

Responsibilities also include recording and tracking issues, incident management, acting as a liaison with 2nd and 3rd line support teams, contributing to capacity management, audit requests, and adhering to a strict change management regime. There is a clear pathway for career advancement through upgrading skills in documenting Critical Issues and Processes.

Essential Skills and Competencies

4-8 years of experience supporting capital markets solutions, with a solid understanding of FIX messaging/connectivity being advantageous.

Proficiency in Level 1 support with expertise in capital markets solutions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in scripting and programming, particularly Java, with expertise in Linux environments.

Strong knowledge of networking principles, including HTTP vs. websockets and ports.

Adherence to process excellence with commitment to established protocols and procedures.
