We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who excels at problem-solving, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a technical background. In this role, you will engage with customer IT teams, business users, as well as internal Dev and product teams. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the customer's business flows and systems to deliver top-notch support.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather solution requirements across multiple assignments simultaneously.

Understand existing and proposed business processes for the intended solution.

Analyze and comprehend client data to capture context and requirements effectively.

Translate client requirements into concise documents and diagrams for internal and external communication.

Collaborate with the technical architect and product development team to ensure business requirements are met in the solution design.

Present client requirements and features of the new solution effectively.

Perform quality assurance for new product features before client delivery.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and company-wide.

Provide input for marketing campaigns and materials.

Support sales activities, respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and create proposals for clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst for 9-17 years, focusing on capital markets solutions processing financial instruments.

Proficiency in Agile Software Development practices.

Experience working closely with business stakeholders and external clients.

Knowledge of financial applications practices.

Familiarity with various asset types such as equities, fixed income, FX, listed future and option, OTC derivatives.

Ability to translate business concepts into system requirements.

Participate constructively in technical and functional discussions with technical architects and lead developers.

Ability to explain technical aspects of products to non-technical users.

Proficient in performing gap analysis.
