Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute product launches, including designing and developing a roadmap, documenting requirements, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely delivery.

Gather and analyze user feedback and internal stakeholder input to identify opportunity areas for new products, features, and bug fixes.

Communicate product plans and roadmaps to senior management, providing regular updates and obtaining necessary approvals.

Monitor and track development progress, testing outcomes, and post-launch user metrics to establish a feedback loop for continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3-5 years of proven experience as a product manager in internet, e-commerce, enterprise software, payments, or banking industries.

Proficiency in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.

Strong product design skills, including drafting detailed product requirement documents, story writing, and utilizing wireframes and sequence diagrams.

Data-driven mindset, capable of designing product dashboards to make informed decisions.

Solid understanding of the fintech market landscape.

Fluent English communication skills.

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will optimize performance, ensure compatibility across multiple platforms and browsers, and implement best practices in code and asset management. Collaboration with UX/UI designers and other team members will be essential to deliver seamless and visually appealing user experiences. Moreover, you will perform testing, debugging, and implement security measures to protect web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Ensure compatibility of web applications across various browsers and platforms, addressing any compatibility issues that may arise.

Optimize performance, reduce load times, improve rendering speed, and implement best practices for code and asset management.

Fluent in English.

Solid front-end foundation with familiarity in HTML5, CSS3, ES6.

Experience independently building a complete front-end framework.

Knowledge of HTTP and browser kernel features.

Experience in performance optimization and code optimization.

Strong problem-solving ability.

Experience in developing SSR projects with familiarity in Next.js or other react server-side rendering frameworks.

Familiarity with Node.js and frequently-used Node.js APIs.
