Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product launches, including designing and developing a roadmap, documenting requirements, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely delivery.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and internal stakeholder input to identify opportunity areas for new products, features, and bug fixes.
- Communicate product plans and roadmaps to senior management, providing regular updates and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Monitor and track development progress, testing outcomes, and post-launch user metrics to establish a feedback loop for continuous product improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a product manager in internet, e-commerce, enterprise software, payments, or banking industries.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
- Strong product design skills, including drafting detailed product requirement documents, story writing, and utilizing wireframes and sequence diagrams.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of designing product dashboards to make informed decisions.
- Solid understanding of the fintech market landscape.
- Fluent English communication skills.
