In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our talent pool across international borders, ensuring we have the right individuals to drive our company's success.Responsibilities:Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.Utilize mainstream recruitment platforms and channels to advertise job openings and engage with potential candidates effectively.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet our company's standards and cultural fit.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, to enhance our recruitment efforts globally.Stay updated on international labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Requirements：Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing candidates from various countries and cultures.Strong knowledge of mainstream recruitment platforms and social media channels for effective candidate sourcing and engagement.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with international labor laws, regulations, and visa processes is a plus.Fluency in English .
