Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing candidates from various countries and cultures.Strong knowledge of mainstream recruitment platforms and social media channels for effective candidate sourcing and engagement.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with international labor laws, regulations, and visa processes is a plus.Fluency in English .
