SUMMARY
The Inventory Data Lead is responsible for facilitating the management, analysis, and optimization of inventory data to maintain precise stock levels, streamline operations, and advance overall efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and oversee the entire inventory data cycle.
Establish and execute efficient inventory data management procedures and workflows.
Lead a team in charge of data entry, validation, and upkeep of accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
Analyze inventory patterns to offer insights for stock level optimization and cost reduction.
Enforce data quality standards and conduct routine audits to ensure data reliability.
Address and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Initiate ongoing enhancements to improve data management procedures.
Remain informed about top practices and technologies in inventory data management.
Train and guide team members to ensure high data accuracy standards.
Complete other relevant tasks as assigned on-site.
Travel may be necessary.
