Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager role entails leading and supervising the development and implementation of renewable energy projects integrated with data centers. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with diverse teams like engineering, procurement, and construction partners.
- Technical Design and Engineering:
- Work with internal and external engineering teams to develop precise engineering plans, specifications, and drawings adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material and equipment delivery for project construction.
- Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance:
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community members.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address project risks, technical challenges, and issues that may impact project delivery timelines.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specs, construction records, and reports. Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations, management, or finance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in renewable energy, construction, engineering, or energy sectors.
Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes related to renewable energy projects.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
Renewable Energy Knowledge: Sound understanding of various renewable energy technologies and their development processes.
