Summary: In the role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Nansen, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and expanding Nansen's presence globally. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities within the investor and blockchain sectors. As you advance in this position, there will be possibilities to close new business deals within the investor segment. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is crucial to nurture leads, foster relationships, and propel growth as a valued member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

Key Duties:

Generating Leads & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients within the crypto space, particularly investors and blockchain teams.

Engagement: Initiate conversations and explore business opportunities with prospects via various channels like Telegram, Twitter, email, and LinkedIn.

Representation: Represent Nansen at in-person events while scouting new business prospects.

Market Research: Keep abreast of trends in the blockchain and crypto industry to pinpoint potential targets and comprehend market demands.

Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing.

Opportunity Qualification: Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to comprehend their requirements and assess their suitability as Nansen customers.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft outreach strategies, provide market insights, and enhance messaging.

CRM Management: Maintain thorough records of prospect interactions in the CRM system, guaranteeing data accuracy and transparency.

Feedback Loop: Offer insights on customer pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities to enhance Nansen's offerings and market approach.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in a BDR or related role within the crypto, Fintech, or SaaS industries.

Crypto/Blockchain Knowledge: Solid comprehension of the crypto and blockchain sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to articulate Nansen's value proposition persuasively.

Results-Driven: Proven record of meeting or surpassing targets, emphasizing new business generation.
