Business Process Automation Specialist
Nansen, a leading blockchain analytics platform, is looking for a dynamic Business Process Automation Specialist to join the team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, focusing on developing advanced AI tools to enhance Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations functions. This role involves creating innovative AI agent solutions to drive operational efficiency, automate tasks, and deliver value across various revenue-generating departments. The position requires expertise in building and deploying AI-powered tools to streamline processes and integrate seamlessly with existing revenue systems.
Ideally, applicants should be situated in Singapore or able to work within the Asian time zone, as the role is fully remote. This is a full-time position. Note that candidates must possess the legal right to work in Singapore or their respective country, as visa sponsorship is not an option for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agent tools to assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Utilize low-code platforms such as Zapier and n8n to build AI solutions for tasks like lead qualification, content generation, customer inquiries, and revenue reporting.
- Create tools enabling sales and marketing teams to leverage AI capabilities effectively.
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems and establish dashboards to monitor performance and impact.
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand workflows and areas for improvement.
- Engage in user feedback to refine and optimize AI agents.
- Document tool usage guidelines and provide training materials for non-technical users.
- Stay updated on AI advancements for sales and marketing applications.
- Address and enhance AI tool functionality based on feedback from revenue teams.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Experience with low-code automation tools and API integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with revenue teams.
Nice to Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing, or Sales.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and LLMs.
- Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics tools.
