• Build and manage high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines 
• Drive LP marketing and fundraising support initiatives 
• Create thought leadership content and industry positioning 
• Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry publications 
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies 
• Support portfolio companies with marketing guidance and resources 
• Lead event marketing and conference representation strategy 
• Develop marketing analytics and performance measurement frameworks

We are seeking an experienced Web3 Investment Advisor to provide strategic guidance on investment decisions, portfolio management, and industry insights. This advisor role involves working closely with our investment team to evaluate opportunities, support portfolio companies, and shape our investment thesis across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Provide strategic investment advice on Web3 and DeFi opportunities 
• Conduct due diligence on potential portfolio companies 
• Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and mentorship
• Share industry insights and market intelligence 
• Assist with fundraising strategy and LP relations
