Meeting with customer to understand what they want (vs what they need) Suggesting any possible improvements on what they want to meet better with their need followed by defining the project Breaking down the project into executable tasks assigning tasks to corresponding individuals and teams Directing and supervising them through the procedure providing necessary information for the team while periodic reports for the customer Supervising the assembling of tasks to get the final product together Conducting customer's previiew session followed by possible product correction/final adjustments Delivering the result to the customer or corresponding account manager

Project planning, Hiring necessary individual/teams Directing and supervising teams throughout the pre production (building stage, setting up light and sound equipment, video wall, shooting and broadcasting facilities, etc) operation/team management during the event Supervising the project wrap up in order to return the location to same conditions as before
