Role includes but not limited to: Transfer contents from CMS to WordPress Assist in various marketing projects across all business lines Manage WordPress Settings: General, Writing, Reading, Discussion, Permalinks Provide Quality Assurance to existing and new content to ensure brand standards Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected

1. Deliver engaging online synchronous modules to a diverse group of learners and guide them in their asynchronous (independent learning) modules 2. Host live video conferences 2-3 times/day for 30-50 students, 3. Deliver all technical, behavioral, mindset, and employment essential lessons 4. Adapt communication style to reflect and connect with the diverse experiences of participants 5. Administer, grade, and provide feedback on weekly assessments 7. Support Generation's data-driven model by tracking and inputting participant attendance and performance in class and on assessments 8. Bring the learning experience to life, building community and enhancing relevance by drawing on your own industry experience 9. Provide relevant, timely feedback to students on formative and summative assessments and on student projects 10. Explain complex topics in a non-technical way 11. Coach and guide students to be as employable as possible and support them to develop industry-standard portfolios.
