● Developed from scratch the UI design of a touch interface for gas station operators. The creation process was based on design thinking phases. User research was conducted, wireframes and MVP prototype were created, followed by A/B testing of the interface. Thanks to the simplicity and clarity of the new interface, customer service time was reduced from 1 minute 48 seconds to 33 seconds, and the company's profits increased significantly ● Took responsibility for drawing up the implementation plan for the interface design. Together the team managed to distribute tasks so that the project was completed 1.5 months ahead of schedule ● Automated and improved purchasing and customer service processes at gas stations, tested and obtained results using design thinking methodology. According to analytical data, the business profit was about 28% for 3 months ● By introducing simplified algorithms in the interface, it has become easier for operators to serve customers at gas stations
