Vallana

Founder of fa3io Studio, an independent creative space focused on immersive exhibitions, video production, and digital storytelling. In the immersive field, I work as a consultant, project & production manager, and visual lead — overseeing the creative and operational development of large-scale multimedia exhibitions. My work includes concept development, scenographic and visual design, content supervision, and technical coordination for on-site installation in international venues. Since 2022, I have produced over 25 cinematic video projects for global events and Web3 communities, blending narrative depth and visual impact. Many of these support educational, artistic, or community-driven initiatives within decentralized ecosystems.

Responsible for coordinating the development and production of immersive exhibitions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Activities included technical planning, multimedia content deployment, and on-site supervision throughout all project phases. As part of the Technology Development Department, worked closely with art directors and technical teams to deliver large-scale multimedia installations with consistent aesthetic and logistical standards. Contributed to the production of over 50 immersive exhibitions, with hands-on coordination across more than 30 cities in 15+ countries worldwide. Currently collaborating with Crossmedia as an independent consultant for exhibition setup and multimedia content deployment.

Before focusing on immersive exhibitions and video production, I worked in the fields of graphic design, editorial publishing, and communication. My early career included roles in creative agencies and publishing houses, culminating in a team lead position at Romano Editore (Florence), where I oversaw editorial layout, promotional content, and exhibition booths. In parallel, I developed a music-focused creative brand and entertainment agency, producing and managing live events across Italy. These experiences shaped my multidisciplinary mindset and laid the foundation for my transition into multimedia and experiential design.
