Communicating to clients planning on purchasing prepaid solar electricity systems. Completion of projects on time and within a certain budget. Convincing and encouraging clients to purchase Solar packages and providing them with advice and relevant information to best suit their requirements. Providing customer Care and support to assist with any help or dissatisfaction.

Team work was a key play as we had diffrent roles to fulfil during the event. If one person failed it hindered the logistics of the overall event. Time management, as the event had to follow a set schedule otherwise the event would not go according to plan as well as Conflict management.
