Worked on the development of two major internal systems. Contributed to SmartChat (CMS Agent / Chatbot Extension) by extending an existing knowledge-base chatbot to support AI-driven real-time customer service actions such as order management queries, invoice explanations, new service ordering, service renewals, support ticket creation, and escalation to live agents. Built backend logic for handling chatbot intents, integrated internal systems, and implemented structured response handling using Node.js, TypeScript, and MLOps. Also built a Foreign Travel Request Portal, a web-based platform that allows employees to submit and track onsite travel and visa requests. Implemented document upload and management, role-based access for Employees, Managers, and Finance teams, approval workflows, and finance review processes. Developed REST APIs for request tracking and real-time status updates and designed database models for storing travel and document data using React, Next.js, Node.js.
