Windows Network Operations Control Plane

Designed and evolved a local Windows control plane for managing premium and public proxy pools. The system combines FastAPI, SQLite, background workers, Xray process orchestration, stable port mapping, subscription parsing, runtime identity deduplication, health checks, lease APIs, backpressure, idempotency and recovery logic. The active development branch contains 107 commits beyond the base branch and spans approximately 200 changed files. Portfolio materials contain only a sanitized architecture diagram and an annotated interface screenshot; credentials, endpoints, subscriptions and production data are omitted. Source code is private.

Local AI Video Processing & Shorts Pipeline

Designed, directed and integrated major extensions to an open-source local video-processing system, turning it into a production workflow for batch uploads, ASR, LLM-based clip selection, subtitle rendering and output review. Fork-specific work includes a persistent WebUI queue, configurable output storage, three-language UI, GigaAM transcription, cache warming, parallel rendering, transport backoff, outline quality gates, camera tracking and extensive regression coverage. Built a long-form rewrite pipeline that improves noisy transcripts while preserving names, dates, numbers and chronology. It uses a source-ledger provenance model, entity and numeric drift detection, deterministic repair, quarantine/publish states, recovery orchestration and detailed run metrics. A final live verification processed 12 files and 249 blocks with zero hard issues remaining, zero SAFE fallback blocks and 100% acceptance of hard recovery cases; 166 related tests passed.
