I currently work as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager, responsible for inventory control, logistics operations and purchase requirement analysis. To improve the purchasing process, I designed an Excel-based analysis system that combines product codes, average monthly sales, current inventory, stock in transit and supplier information. The system calculates stock coverage, reorder points, target inventory and suggested purchase quantities, and classifies products by priority level.
