I build bots that collect client requests and take the routine off your manager - on Telegram, Discord, or as a chat widget on your site, depending on where your clients are. How it works: the client walks through a step-by-step form with buttons, and the request reaches you instantly - with filters, statuses and a reply button. You can edit the questions and the FAQ yourself, no developer needed. I also do Python automation for documents: Excel and PDF reports generated from raw data instead of assembled by hand. And simple, fast landing pages. Three bots currently running in production. I hand over a working bot deployed on your server, not a zip file - setup and first run included. Stack: Python, aiogram, SQLite, HTML/CSS, VPS deployment. I work asynchronously and communicate in writing - it keeps every decision documented.
