About me
I'm Oleksandr Antropov, most people call me Sasha. 12 years in management and growth. 8 in Web3, 5 in fintech and investments, 2 in AI. $10M+ raised across my own companies and client mandates. I started my professional career in events in Dubai, running a $5M+ project for the royal family of the Sheikh of Qatar at 25. Then Web3. Then 2 years on an OTC desk. Co-founded PureFi and closed a $2M+ round with 40+ partnerships. Advised Casper Network. Built a syndicate platform that processed $10M+ in deals. In 2022 I co-founded United Humanitarian Front in Kyiv. $2M+ raised and deployed, including donations from Vitalik Buterin. As Managing Partner at Proper Asset Management I built the fund structure and IR from zero to $5M+ AUM in 18 months. Now I run Proper Labs and Properlee.ai, building multi-agent AI systems for companies. 80% of my own workflow runs on agents I built myself. The other 20% is me deciding what to dispatch, which is a polite way of saying I still have a job.
