About me
10 years in petrol-station equipment service. I diagnose the exchange between station controllers (POS) and fuel dispensers, and I parse DOMS controller logs. What I do: - Full-log analysis of the dispenser-to-controller exchange. 3-4 million lines per day are processed completely, not sampled. - A verdict per dispenser and per nozzle: deliveries completed, link losses occurring during a delivery, corrupted frames, repeated packets, frozen totalizers, error shutdowns. - Native fault codes taken from the protocol itself (EZERO_DELIVERY, EOFFLINE, ESTAGE_FREEZE, EDOUBT_TOTALIZER, ETABLE_FREEZE, EDLVRY_TM_ABORT). - A timestamped incident export, to line incidents up with operator complaints and the cashier journal. - A ready-to-send escalation text for your dispenser or DOMS vendor, with protocol evidence instead of guesswork. Equipment and protocols I work with: Topaz AZT 2.0/2.1, Iskra, Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, LON, DART, Vombat, VDS, and DOMS controllers.
