Responsible for architecting, automating, and securing the mission-critical infrastructure behind Mizito's SaaS platform, ensuring high availability, streamlined delivery, and robust container security. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: • Custom-built and hardened production Docker base images, eliminating container security vulnerabilities and establishing a standardized, secure runtime environment across all services. • Architected an internal automated backup microservice built with Python (Flask) and integrated at the Linux systemd layer, dynamically mounting to running containers to orchestrate isolated, full-state backups. • Modernized infrastructure by containerizing 7 monolithic microservices using Docker and Docker Compose, improving developer onboarding and deployment consistency. • Engineered end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Python, and Bash, slashing software deployment times from 24 hours to under 60 minutes.

Provided Tier-2/3 infrastructure support and system administration for enterprise web hosting, dedicated servers, and virtualized customer environments. Key Achievements & Responsibilities: • Resolved 50+ critical OS, web server, and network incidents monthly within strict SLAs (99% resolution compliance). • Administered and hardened web hosting control panels (cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin) on CentOS and CloudLinux platforms. • Diagnosed complex performance bottlenecks across DNS, Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed, and MySQL services to restore normal operations. • Scripted automated health checks and log monitoring routines in Bash and Python to catch infrastructure anomalies early.
