Reliable remote freelancer in Ontario, Canada, with hands-on trades experience: roofing since age 16 (2 years with a commercial roofing company), almost 3 years in plumbing, plus handyman and home-renovation work including helping build a house start to finish. I now work remotely and specialise in (1) clear written content for home-services/trades businesses — FAQs, help articles, service pages, how-to guides and customer replies — and (2) patient plain-language customer support by email and chat. Fast replies during agreed hours, clean written English, work delivered on time, honest answers.
