Services Provided: Digital Marketing Management, Paid Advertising(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Tiktok) · We partnered with BLOC 13 and were intertwined with their marketing endeavours ( influencer marketing, website copy, email newsletters, paid media). During this project, we executed a 3 step process to make sure that we met KPI's. 1.)Strategy Build Out-We assessed the full end-to-end customer journey to ensure there are no weak links. Once necessary research was done conducted we then worked with the client to produce a detailed strategy proposal, for approval. 2.)Implementation Phase-Once a full strategy is built out, we created and gathered all required content assets and constructed the first batch of digital advertisements. On approval, we implemented the ads and keep a very close eye on all available data. 3.)We then optimise the best performing existing ads and reallocate the budget accordingly. This is also where we began scaling the ads spend until we reached peak ROI. I and the team were responsible for developing the content strategy and producing the content output (articles, content marketing) and marketing efforts ( influencer marketing, website copy, email newsletters, paid media)

In this project, we followed a three-step process to ensure that KPIs were met. 1.) Strategy Building We evaluated the entire end-to-end customer journey and Make sure there are no vulnerabilities. After our analysis was done we awaited our clients' approval and went on to implementation. 2.) Implementation Phase Once the complete strategy has been implemented, we created and collected all the required content assets to create the first batch of digital ads. After authorisation, we implemented ads and carefully monitor all available data. 3.) Next, we optimized the most effective ad sets then Viewed and reallocate our budget accordingly. I and the team were responsible for developing content strategies, content output (articles, content marketing), and creating marketing activities (influencer marketing, website copying, email newsletters, paid media).
