I will clean one CSV file with up to 1,000 data rows and 10 columns, using rules agreed before the order is accepted.
Included
- Trim leading and trailing spaces.
- Remove exact duplicate rows after agreed normalization.
- Standardize agreed date and number formats.
- Flag missing, invalid or conflicting values without guessing replacements.
Deliverables
A cleaned CSV, a separate issue report with source row numbers and reasons, and a short processing summary. The original input is preserved.
Delivery and revisions
Proposed delivery: 2 calendar days after I have the complete file and agreed rules. One revision within those rules is included. New source files or additional rules require a separate scope agreement.

This package covers CSV cleanup. Excel reports, PDF extraction and system integrations are separate tasks. I use scripts and AI-assisted tools with manual output checks. My portfolio example uses fictional data and is a demonstration project.
