I will work within your existing automation project to implement or improve one focused automated test and verify that it actually checks the intended behaviour.
This Gig is suitable for:
• adding one small E2E or smoke scenario;
• fixing or stabilising an existing automated test;
• improving a test that passes but does not properly verify the expected behaviour;
• cleaning up a small test flow or test-state issue;
• integrating a small test into an existing test suite or CI workflow where the required infrastructure is already available.
My relevant commercial experience includes Python E2E testing, Java/Cucumber integration tests, GitLab CI and investigation of unreliable or ineffective automated checks.
For the base Gig, I will:
• review the relevant part of your existing test project;
• implement or improve one limited automated scenario;
• run and debug the test;
• improve assertions or test flow where needed;
• provide a short summary of what was changed and any limitations found.
Base scope:
• one small test scenario;
• existing automation framework/project;
• up to 3 hours of focused work;
• delivery within 48 hours after repository access and setup instructions are provided.
Please note:
• this Gig does not include building a complete automation framework from scratch;
• large test suites, major architecture changes or extensive CI setup require a custom offer;
• the exact technology must be discussed before ordering if your project does not use Python or Java/Cucumber-based testing.
