I am an experienced Audio Editor for a Japanese company based in Tokyo.
Cleaning voice-acting tracks and doing pitch corrections for 3 years gave me the confidence to become a freelancer.
Things you want to be out of your tracks:
- Unwanted breathes
- Clicks
- Saliva noise
- Hums (Low-frequency noise)
- Hiss (Static noise)
- Background noise
- "P", "B", "T", and "S" noises. (Pop noise)
NOTE: All of these noises are in the context of being recorded in a booth or in a low-noise room. Outdoor or innately noisy recordings are unworkable.
Advantages of manual Pitch Correction:
- It will not sound robotic
- VIbratos will be natural
- Manually adjust pitch drift
- Accurate formant
My Rates:
- 50 Dollars for cleaning a 45 min podcast.
- 20 Dollars for Pitch correcting a vox track for a song.
