Things you want to be out of your tracks:

1. Unwanted breathes
2. Clicks
3. Saliva noise
4. Hums (Low-frequency noise)
5. Hiss (Static noise)
6. Background noise
7. "P", "B", "T", and "S" noises. (Pop noise)

NOTE: All of these noises are in the context of being recorded in a booth or in a low-noise room. Outdoor or innately noisy recordings are unworkable.
