As an audio engineer who specializes in mixing and mastering, with 8 years experience in the music industry. I have worked with various artistes from different backgrounds and genres to tackle these problems and to create some of the best songs out there! 
These problems aren’t caused by you or your equipments that you use to record. When sound is recorded, it is required by a professional to cleaned, corrected dynamically, pitch corrected and many more. 
First step to getting a very good mix and master is for you to send in your recordings…this should be in wav or mp3 format, exported from your digital audio workstation( please make sure it is timed and exported properly )
Secondly, when I receive these files I’d confirm them in my own computer and if all is good and well I can start the process of mixing 
Mixing requires processes like EQ, vocal tuning, compressing and a lot more 
The process takes no more than two(2) days as long as your recorded files aren’t more than 10…if it’s more than 10 I’d require an extra day or two. 
After the mixing process is completed, you’ll get a completed mixed song! Both a wav and an mp3 format of the song. If you have any revisions or notes I’ll definitely be glad to look at that for you.
