Being in the Call Center industry for 2 years helped me to become more patient and taught me what good customer service is all about.
I was a Phone Representative for more than 2 years. My daily task includes calling prospective customers offering products and services. In addition, I was able to experience doing inbound order taking for Sears Canada.
I was also tasked with assisting customers with their billing, technical issues, and order fulfillment through live chat.
Presently, I am working as a billing/technical email representative. My primary responsibility is to provide resolution to billing and technical issues through email. I also give information in response to inquires about products and services. Working as a Call Center agent can be exhausting, but if you are passionate about what you do, you do better and you enjoy it more.
