We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spanish Transcribing, Typing, and Translation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing and typing documents from Spanish language audio or written sources, as well as providing high-quality translation services from Spanish to English and other languages when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribing audio recordings or written documents from Spanish into written text.
- Typing and formatting transcribed text accurately and efficiently.
- Providing accurate and fluent translations from Spanish to English and other languages.
- Ensuring translation work is culturally sensitive and maintains the original meaning of the text.
- Editing and proofreading transcribed and translated documents for accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills in both languages.
- Ability to work with audio recordings and written documents to transcribe accurately.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Japanese, Chinese, or others is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other word processing software.
- Copywriting skills and attention to detail.
