Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and record journal entries with precision and in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve disparities between financial records and systems.
- Analyze and rectify variances, proactively pinpointing solutions to minimize recurring discrepancies.
- Evaluate operational processes, detect inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to streamline financial workflows.
- Cooperate with internal counterparts to facilitate a seamless month-end closing process and punctual financial reporting.
- Ensure conformity with pertinent accounting standards, rules, and internal controls.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and offer financial assistance when necessary.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; accredited ACCA or CPA certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience, inclusive of Big Four audit exposure.
- Profound technical knowledge in accounting and practical experience within a fast-paced context.
- Meticulous with exceptional analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Strong adaptability, goal-oriented mentality, and proactive problem-solving approach.
