Responsibilities

Formulating and implementing the company's growth strategy and projects to drive top-of-funnel awareness, nurture customer connections, and convert interest

Managing the performance marketing team and agency to plan out yearly/monthly/weekly performance operations and campaigns across various channels such as Google, Meta, Affiliate, and marketplaces

Teaming up with Social, EDM, Product, and Design departments to kickstart growth initiatives

Working closely with UX and retail teams to optimize the customer journey and experience to boost conversion rates

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and upcoming opportunities, including evolving business models, new tools, products, and features

Leveraging analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to consistently evaluate the impact of marketing spend and refine budget allocation among channels

Preparing reports to update company leadership on marketing initiatives and proposing strategies for enhancement

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience driving eCommerce businesses globally (Experience and insights into growth in APAC and North American markets are highly preferred)

Proficient in managing Google ads, Meta ads, and Affiliate programs

Proven track record of business growth through Performance Marketing and/or other growth ventures in the past 5 years

Previous involvement in watch & jewellery, luxury, fashion, and tech sectors is advantageous

Fluency in both English and Mandarin

Role Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of blockchain application layer business services such as web3 wallet, staking, and DeFi protocol design.

Conduct system performance optimizations and technical R&D to maintain high availability and reliability.

Utilize architecture expertise to identify optimization opportunities and enhance engineering efficiency.

Understand product requirements and execute functional and architectural design optimizations accordingly.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Java programming and possess a solid understanding of fundamental concepts like IO, multithreading, and collections, along with JVM principles.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.

Skilled in mainstream development frameworks like SpringBoot and MyBatis.

Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, HBase, Kafka, or middleware.

Strong enthusiasm for technology, a broad perspective, a passion for learning, and ambition.

Previous experience in developing blockchain platform products, with knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or mainstream DeFi projects like MakerDao, Uniswap, Compound, Synthetix.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance project development is desirable.

Familiarity with blockchain technology and knowledge of BTC, ETH, Cosmos, Dot, or DeFi projects like MakerDao, Uniswap, Compound, Synthetix.
