About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive affiliate growth for OKX in the MENA region. In this role, you will collaborate with our global team to develop and execute a strategic approach to engage potential crypto partners, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in MENA. Your primary goal will be to acquire new users and expand the OKX platform's presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek out and establish affiliate and KOL relationships to uncover future business opportunities
Manage and nurture relationships with local crypto influencers, regularly communicate with them, and form partnerships to drive user acquisition
Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers and media channels
Increase the user base and raise awareness of the OKX brand
Utilize creative methods to identify potential affiliates and acquire new users
Qualifications and Skills
Hands-on experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or a related field, with a proven track record of building large affiliate networks from start to finish
Previous experience in business development or affiliate management
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate customer acquisition and expertise in data analysis and segmentation to optimize performance
Fluent in English and Arabic
