About the role:

As a Cryptocurrency Algorithmic Trader, you will play a crucial role in generating innovative models and algorithms within the dynamic realm of digital currencies. Your responsibilities encompass offering market insights, crafting advanced automated trading algorithms, and conducting in-depth market behavior analyses.

Tasks may involve enhancing current algorithms through market microstructure analysis, designing complex computing systems, and devising novel trading strategies using quantitative and technological approaches. Key responsibilities include market data analysis for algorithm improvement, designing intricate computing architectures, and developing data-driven trading models.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy sophisticated automated trading algorithms tailored for cryptocurrency markets. Conduct extensive research to enhance trading strategies and risk management techniques. Evaluate the strength of trading signals by subjecting them to rigorous backtesting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to create automated trading solutions for the evolving crypto market.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the cryptocurrency domain, applying newfound knowledge to enhance trading strategies.

Your Profile:

• Holds a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related technical fields.
• Possesses excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coding for data processing and analysis of large datasets.
• Strong software development skills and familiarity with engineering principles. 
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in electronic trading, particularly within fx/futures, in a development or research capacity.
• Strong coding skills, especially in lower-level languages and Python.
• Knowledge of unique attributes of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
